How do I Update my Profile Details?

It's easy to change your profile information online, at any time.  Simply click MY ACCOUNT the top right corner of the web page to access your account and profile details.

We love to keep our members updated with what is going on with Madison Accessories, and keep you in the loop of special members offers. If you prefer not to receive these emails you can easily unsubscribe by going into MY ACCOUNT and de-select the Newsletter subscription tick box.

 

I HAVE FORGOTTEN MY LOGIN AND PASSWORD

Simply click MY ACCOUNT in the top right corner of the Home page and click “Forgot your password?”.
 A new password will be generated and will be sent your nominated email account. You can then log in to and change to a password of your choice. 

 

WHAT COUNTRIES DOES MADISON ACCESSORIES SHIP TO?

Madison Accessories ships to most destinations in the world. In Australia we send all orders via Trans Direct courier network. Click on SHIPPING & DELIVERY for more information or contact [email protected] to arrange an international shipping quote.

 

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Madison Accessories offers free shipping within Australia over $150. Australian orders with a value of less than $150 will be charged a flat rate of $10.

CAN I SHIP TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?

No, we are not able to do split shipments. You will need to create multiple orders if you wish to send to multiple destinations.

 

DO YOU ACCEPT CHEQUE OR MONEY ORDER?

Unfortunately we do not accept any personal cheques, traveller’s cheques or money orders. You will need a credit card in order to finalise your purchase on www.madisonaccessories.com.au

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER I PLACE IT?

Unfortunately, after you have clicked "SUBMIT ORDER" your order begins to process immediately and you cannot make any online changes to this order. Our system is designed to fill orders and get them on their way as quickly as possible. Once you receive your order in the mail, you can return any item(s) by following the process detailed in our RETURNS POLICY.

 

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?

We endeavour to dispatch your order within 48 hours of being finalised, however this can take longer during SALE periods. Standard delivery within Australia is 2-5 working days. Shipping to regional and remote areas may take slightly longer. If you haven't received your order within 7 days, please contact [email protected] and we will be happy to assist with your enquiry.

 

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order is dispatched for delivery you will receive a tracking number from our courier partner. To track your delivery please go to PARCEL TRACKING

Unless you have received a notification from us, it's most likely that your order is in transit and will be due in the timeframe that is indicated under SHIPPING & DELIVERY.
